The Rainbows are there, even when we can't see them. It requires a little rain to fall, in order to see the hope.

Yes, I'm in Portland, Or. And I lived in Eugene too, went I went to the U of O years ago. I could offer some insight into neighborhoods in Portland but I can't find your email address... Can you email me and I'll write back?
I love seeing this kind of picture, a purple sky brightened with the optimism a rainbow brings, no matter how fleeting it may be...
