We are home after a long week in Portland, job hunting, grueling interviews, house hunting. It took it's toll on me. Fever, chills, aches, and I was so happy to come home and see my boy and Miss Merry, The Wonder Beagle. Neither were too upset at us for being gone so long.

Still it is nice to be home, for as long as this is home.

Oh gosh, a move?

Even though I am on the other coast, I feel sad-- probably had some unconscious fantasy that perhaps we would meet one day, though how I don't know. Maybe while I was on a trip back that way... I seem to return to my other "home" at least every 5 years, so I'm about due. (If not long overdue!)

Wishing we could shop and tea & coffee together... in Santa Rosa, in Westwood, Manhattan Beach- you can pick!

I hope your aches are better- I highly recommend a long hot bath of Epsom Salts. With a Peppermint Tea chaser.

Ah, thanks. Done on the bath. Been swigging fresh oregano tea. Luckily, my nose is plugged, so I can't taste the foulness of the tea.

Well, the waiting is the hardest...Have interviews in Santa Monica and San Diego...Cross your fingers.

Love that photo- what a cutie!

Are you interviewing in both Portland and San Diego?

Hope it works out for you wherever you land. Take care of yourself!
